Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team to work on global quality projects using a variety of technologies. In this visible role, you’ll work closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and the business to own the quality assurance deliverables end to end. This role is ideal for someone who loves finding bugs, thinking like an end user, and ensuring smooth product experiences. What You’ll Be Doing Work closely with product managers, designers, and the rest of the engineering team to build elegant and scalable product experience across multiple platforms Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Manually execute test cases, document results, and track defects through the bug lifecycle Log clear and reproducible bug reports with detailed steps, screenshots, and videos as neededRe-test resolved defects to verify fixes and prevent regressions Validate data accuracy and system behavior across different browsers, devices, and environments Maintain and update existing test cases to reflect product changesProvide feedback on usability, user experience, and edge cases that may not be covered in requirements Strategize and develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends We’ll be excited if you have Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or other technical field 5+ years working as a QA Analyst/Tester, preferably across Web, Android, iOS and other mobile application development or testing environments Minimum 3+ years experience with driving quality projects through process, automation, instrumentation, requirements, and test with agile frameworks Proven knowledge of QA methodologies and with bug tracking tools Experience with Jira, Charles Proxy, BrowserStack, and TestRail Great product sense and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and able to explain verbally or via written communication to a variety of audiences Startup and growth mindset; be able to thrive in a fast-paced global environment focused on learning and knowledge sharing Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and be self-directed A big plus if you have Automation experience with Python Location This role is remote and we are looking for candidates based in India Don’t hold back We understand some candidates may see the above and not apply because they don’t meet all the qualifications. What You’ll Be Doing Partner cross-functionally during the pre- and post-sales process to understand technical requirements and translate to scalable integration solutions and support to internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) as well as with the external customers Drive the onboarding process by bringing solutions discovery, technical enablement, product deployment assessment, and platform integration expertise Assess customers requirements to propose solutions with our platform/product, communicate the integration process in an easy-to-understand manner directly with our new partners, and oversee the live launch and hand-off to Account Management or Customer Success Be a technical voice of the customer; work closely with the product and engineering teams on product loop feedback to help internal teams strategize, iterate, and prioritize new features and updates Triage and resolve bugs and other technical issues throughout the customer journey Continuously create mapping of manual or automated requirements, tests, dependencies, integration playbooks, and technical documents We’ll be excited if you have Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or other technical field 5+ years of solution engineering experience or technical consultant manager especially in a customer-facing role for SaaS high-growth companies Experience working with European customers Fluent in English. French or German is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills with various technical and non-technical audiences; must have strong empathy and emotional intelligence with diverse customersAdvanced technical discovery, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
