Job Description We are are looking for a smart, educated, and English-speaking professional to assist in business development and daily operations of a fast food restaurant. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments and external partners to ensure smooth setup and management of outlets, compliance, vendor relations, and overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with chartered accountants, legal advisors, and government departments for licenses, GST, and regulatory work. Work with real estate agents and property owners to identify suitable outlet locations. Manage vendors and suppliers for food materials, packaging, and kitchen equipment. Oversee paperwork, quotations, follow-ups, and scheduling of meetings and inspections. Conduct market research and prepare reports on competitors and pricing strategies. Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions. Requirements Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Business, Management, or related field preferred). Experience: 2–5 years in business development, operations, or hospitality management. Language: Fluent in English ; Punjabi or Hindi is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Based in or willing to work in Punjab (Amritsar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, or nearby areas). Compensation ₹10,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
