Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef, located in Bengaluru South. The Commis Chef will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in alignment with Fireside's standards and passion for flame-cooked cuisine. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, learning culinary techniques, supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals, and adhering to safety and health standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills, with an understanding of fire-based cooking techniques. Strong knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and Safety Standards within a professional kitchen environment. Excellent Communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and support a collaborative environment. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Previous experience in professional kitchens or culinary training is beneficial. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative culinary team.
