Looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager who would be responsible for Educating, comparing, and Selling insurance Plans to our clients. They will build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We will rely on our insurance sales team to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our companys positive image by providing the best solution to the financial needs of the clients. To succeed in this role, the individual should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect the individual to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Provide strategic advice across Insurance products. Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision using INDmoney platform. Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically. Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers. Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships. Do regular reviews with clients to understand their current & long-term needs and advise them on the services that help them achieve their goals. Through disciplined portfolio management, develop strategies to increase wallet share of existing clients & actively manage a prospect pipeline. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts. Approach potential customers to establish relationships. Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
