Role & responsibilities • Corporate Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with BFSI corporates to support placement tie-ups, focusing particularly on Hire Train Deploy (HTD) mandates. Training Mandates: Lead efforts to secure corporate training mandates, including professional development programs, upskilling, and reskilling services tailored to client needs. CSR Mandates: Drive initiatives to engage with corporates for CSR-related skilling and training projects, aligning our mission with their social responsibility objectives. Financial Wellness Trainings: Develop and promote programs focused on financial wellness training for corporate clients, ensuring their employees are equipped with the knowledge to manage personal finance effectively. Revenue Growth: Own and drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and building a pipeline of potential clients. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions that meet client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and opportunities, using insights to shape business development strategies. Preferred candidate profile • Proven track record (4 7 years) in business development, corporate sales, or enterprise partnership roles, ideally in skilling, education, or HR services sectors. • Experience in BFSI ( Banks, KPOs, NBFCs , Mutual Funds, Broking, Insurance etc) • Strategic thinker with a business acumen and proven track record of execution • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
