Company Description FinTree is an education company that provides classroom and online training for professional certifications like CFA®, FRM, and Financial Modeling. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Video Editor at FinTree. The Video Editor will be responsible for tasks such as video production, video editing, video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics design. We’re looking for a passionate Video Editor who can transform raw footage into sharp, engaging, and conceptually clear educational content. You’ll work closely with our content creators and instructors to craft videos that maintain clarity while adding a strong visual identity. Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with a strong portfolio or freelance experience can apply) Key Responsibilities Edit educational videos for courses (CFA, FRM, financial concepts) including lectures, explainer videos, animations, and reels. Add visual clarity to abstract topics using text overlays, icons, and motion graphics Cut, trim, enhance audio and visuals to ensure a smooth and professional output Collaborate with academic and creative teams to interpret scripts visually Maintain FinTree’s visual tone across all content Create YouTube- and Instagram-friendly short-form edits from long-form content Occasionally design custom transitions, intros, or animations if needed Proficient in ; 1) Adobe Premier Pro 2) Adobe After Effect 3) Adobe Photoshop 4) Adobe Illustrator 5) Canva 6) Final Cut Pro Additional Information 1) We work 6 days a week 2) This is in person role at FinTree Headquarters Pune.
