Roles & Responsibilities : • Follow up on claim approvals, denials, and appeals • Manage end-to-end AR processes in medical billing • Generate and analyze AR reports to track collection performance • Must have good knowledge in authorization & patient benefits process • Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries. • Reconcile accounts, process refunds, and resolve billing discrepancies. • Must have depth knowledge in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS. Skills & Qualities Requirements : • 1 -3 years of experience in medical billing and AR management ((Physician Billing)) • Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance claims and billing processes • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office & good typing speed • Proficiency in eCW (E Clinical Works)/any other RCM software • It’s a NIGHT SHIFT (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM) job and work from office only. • Available to start immediately
Job Description Service Agent (Immediate Joiners)* Role: Retail Marketplace Listings Specialist/offcier Type: Full-Time | WFH / WFO Ahmedabad Shift: Canadian Shift (Night IST) Joining: Immediate only Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Marketplace Listings Specialist to manage and scale product listings across major retail portals, starting with Walmart and expanding to Loblaws, Sobeys, and Metro. This role supports a fast-growing environment with frequent SKU launches and updates. Key Responsibilities • Create and manage product listings on Walmart Seller Center (initial focus) • Expand listings to Loblaws, Sobeys, and Metro as access and SOPs are provided • Follow and help refine listing SOPs (attributes, images, descriptions, compliance data) • Coordinate internally to collect missing listing information (GTINs, case packs, pricing, nutrition, etc.) • Ensure listings meet retailer-specific guidelines and are approved without unnecessary delays • Maintain trackers for listing status, rejections, and updates • Support frequent SKU launches and listing updates as new product lines are introduced Required Skills & Experience • Experience with retail marketplace or e-commerce listings (Walmart preferred) • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and SOPs • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Clear written communication and follow-up skill 📩 To Apply – Reach Out ASAP 📞 9910008150 📧 info@finquan.com
