Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in real estate, advertising, or SaaS). The candidate will play a key role in acquiring new builder/agent partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard new builders, developers, and channel partners to list properties on Findbhk.com. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and deal closures. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline development. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics (preferred) or experience in online platforms/advertising. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
