The Role We are setting up our Algo Trading vertical and are looking for a Business Head – Algo Trading Software Development (hybrid, based in Gurugram). This is not a conventional role — it’s an entrepreneurial leadership opportunity on a profit-sharing model . You’ll lead the algo trading desk, own the P&L, and shape this vertical into a growth engine. Responsibilities: Build and scale the algo trading desk as a profit center Take accountability for the algo trading software & enterprise architecture Manage and mentor a strong team of developers and quants Drive trading strategy development, deployment, and risk management Lead projects from idea to execution, ensuring cutting-edge infra Qualifications: Deep expertise in Algo software development & enterprise architecture Proven track record in algorithmic trading / HFT / portfolio management Strong technical skills (Python, C++, APIs, trading infra) Team leadership & project management experience This role doesn't require any existing experience, but is based on your skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
