Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain and sell loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.). Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products. Follow up with interested customers and assist them in completing documentation. Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with the field sales team and other departments as needed.
