About the role

We have an exciting role of Accounts Payable Analyst. You will play a key role in Invoice processing and Accounts Payable activities to ensure a smooth flow of the process. This might be a great fit if you are result-oriented and excited to be part of a growing team.

• Support the accounts payable function for multiple offices (LA, Dallas, NY, Chicago, remote field staff).
• Assist vendors and internal staff in submitting vendor invoices for processing with Omnicom shared services.
• Help manage vendor accounts maintain current and active status in the Vendor Management System (Ariba).
• Manage and troubleshoot the agency vendor setup process in Ariba.
• Review and finalize vendor payment files on a weekly basis to facilitate the processing of vendor payments according to client/vendor contractual obligations.
• Assist with expense report submissions.
• Preparation and submission of journal entries.
• Perform Sarbanes Oxley Testing (cross testing of other functions, if needed)
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Assist financial management with other projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

This may be the right role for you if you have:

• Accounts Payable with 3 to 5 years’ experience (Min Degree required)
• Prior Experience in Accounts Receivable is Preferred
• Proficient in MS Office – MS Excel is a must
• Extremely detail orientated
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills
• Great positive team attitude
• Ready to take up additional tasks and challenges
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamis AX is a plus.
• Self-Driven and Independent to perform the daily operations and handle & resolve Issues.
