Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare and analyse financial statements, cash flow projections, and investment reports. 2. Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. 3. Assess profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency. 4. Assist in IPO documentation, regulatory approvals, and investor presentations. 5. Coordinate with SEBI, auditors, and investment bankers for listing requirements. 6. Evaluate financing options such as private equity, debt financing, and venture capital. 7. Conduct financial risk analysis, forex risk management, and hedging strategies. 8. Oversee capital allocation, ROI analysis, and working capital management. 9. Provide insights on investment strategies, mergers & acquisitions, and valuation models. 10. Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, FEMA, SEBI, and other financial regulations. 11. Optimize tax planning strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce liabilities. 12. Liaise with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities for compliance matters. 13. Oversee fund flow management, capital structuring, and debt management. 14. Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies. 15. Optimize liquidity management, forex transactions, and credit risk assessment. 16. Manage investor relations, financial disclosures, and corporate presentations. 17. Provide financial insights to the board and key stakeholders for decision-making. 18. Prepare reports on company valuation, financial performance, and growth strategies. Chartered Accountant (CA) & Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certification . 5+ years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, or investment analysis. Strong knowledge of SEBI (LODR), taxation laws, IFRS, and GAAP accounting . Experience in IPO handling, fundraising, and investor relations . Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and treasury management . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills .
