Finance Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Industry: Garment Manufacturing
Experience: 5+ years in finance roles within the garment/apparel/fashion/manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems for efficient financial management.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights using BI tools such as Zoho Analytics and Power BI.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles within the garment/apparel/fashion/manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
