Experience: 2–4 Years (1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

Hike depending on your skillsets, experiences, performance in the interview.

Working days : Mon. to Sat. ( time 10.30am to 6.30pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive with strong accounting

knowledge to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliation

processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day accounting transactions

● Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger)

● Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

● Handle vendor payments and ensure timely invoicing

● Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments

● Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

● Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

● Maintain proper documentation and financial records

● Support payroll processing and expense reimbursements

Skills Required:

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

● Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks,

SAP, etc.)

● Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
