- Review GST input credit, GSTR-2B reconciliation, blocked credit, and tax risk areas.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure no deadline is missed.
- Coordinate with external consultants while retaining internal control over correctness.
3. Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Prepare annual and monthly budgets with variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, departmental expenses, capex, and profitability.
- Support management in projections, growth planning, and financial controls.
4. CMA Data / Project Report / Banking Documentation
- Prepare CMA data, project reports, cash-flow statements, fund-flow statements, and projected financials.
- Handle working-capital renewals, term-loan documentation, stock statements, drawing-power calculations, and bank queries.

- Track raw material price impact, conversion cost, freight, overheads, contribution, gross margin, and customer-wise profitability.
- Help management identify profitable and non-profitable orders/customers.
