Job Overview

We are looking for a curious, research-driven Finance Content Researcher & Writer to join Rahul Jain’s team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance, business, and financial markets, along with excellent research and writing skills.

You will be responsible for researching financial topics, identifying compelling stories, analysing trends, and developing engaging content for YouTube videos, podcasts, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research topics related to personal finance, stock markets, investing, economics, business, and entrepreneurship.
• Identify trending financial news, emerging stories, and content opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth research using credible sources, reports, financial statements, and market data.
• Write scripts for YouTube videos, podcasts, and other digital content.
• Convert complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand narratives.
• Develop strong storylines, hooks, and narratives to improve audience engagement and retention.
• Fact-check information, verify data, and ensure accuracy in all content.
• Collaborate with the content, video editing, and production teams to develop high-quality content.
• Repurpose research and long-form content into short-form videos and social media content.
• Track finance and business trends to generate fresh content ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance research, content writing, journalism, financial media, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of finance, business, investing, and financial markets.
• Excellent research, analytical thinking, and writing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a general audience.
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with credible financial information sources and data-driven research.
• Curiosity about current affairs, business developments, and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality output within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience writing finance-related articles, scripts, newsletters, or digital content.
• Familiarity with YouTube, podcasts, and digital content formats.
• Experience with financial research tools, annual reports, or market data platforms.

Work Location

Gurgaon, Haryana. This is an on-site role requiring work from the office five days a week.
