Finance & Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS, and management reports

Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory filings and compliance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis in coordination with business heads

Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, fund transfers, and vendor and customer payment cycles

Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and project/product profitability analysis

Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations

Establish and enforce internal controls, approval workflows, and finance SOPs

Support tender, contract, and pricing decisions with costing and financial evaluation

Manage grants, subsidies, and government-scheme related financial documentation where applicable

Lead, train, and review the work of the accounts team and coordinate with the CFO / Management

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or MBA (Finance); B.Com / M.Com with strong experience may also be considered

10+ years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3–5 years in a team-lead or managerial role

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or technology companies preferred

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, income tax, and Companies Act requirements

Proficiency in Tally ERP / ERP systems and advanced MS Excel

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with high integrity
