Role & responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into showroom visits and confirmed orders. Handle inbound and outbound calls; maintain daily follow-up records. Meet monthly sales targets across Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly markets. Educate customers about modular furniture, product features, pricing, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth order execution. Prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Visit customer sites when required to understand project requirements. Maintain CRM/Excel reports and submit daily activity updates to management. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (furniture/interior/home dcor preferred). Strong communication, convincing power, and target-achievement mindset. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling field visits when needed. Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp/CRM) required. Candidates residing in Kolkata, Howrah, or Hooghly preferred.
