Key Responsibilities Identify tender opportunities through portals, client networks, and notifications. Study tender documents, drawings, BOQ, and specifications carefully. Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to prepare bids. Compile and submit technical & commercial proposals within deadlines. Maintain tender database, trackers, and submission records. Assist in vendor registrations, prequalification documents, and compliance checks. Support in attending pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and site visits (if required). Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering / Commerce (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in tendering/contracts (construction/industrial sector preferred). Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract terms, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
