1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Finacle Core Banking product.
2. Proficient in Finacle version 10.2.25, including its product capabilities, customization architecture, and related requirements.
3. Strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture and its various Customization Layers.
4. Experience with Finacle customization components such as:
a. Custom menu development
b. MRH, MRM, and Multipage screens
c. Report development (MRT & Jasper)
d. Batch jobs
e. Product menu customization
f. Financial Integrator (FI)
g. EOD-BOD processes and debugging
5. Expertise in Oracle technologies (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions), following best practices specific to Finacle applications.
6. Skilled in Finacle scripting, UNIX shell scripting, and report designing.
7. Sound understanding of Finacle Integrator and the ability to suggest and implement enhancements.
8. Knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functional modules and administration modules (e.g., FINFADM, SSOADM).
9. Familiarity with banking domain concepts and standard industry terminology.
