As an Experienced Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, shipping, and maintaining high-performance, visually appealing, and robust mobile applications for both iOS and Android. You won't just be writing code; you'll be a key contributor to architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and influencing our technical direction. What We're Looking For (Must-Have Skills) 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. A strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store and/or Google Play Store. Deep understanding of the Flutter framework, its widget lifecycle, and rendering pipeline. Proven expertise in at least one major state management architecture (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.). Experience with writing custom Flutter plugins and integrating with native APIs (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and offline storage solutions. Experience with automated testing in Flutter (unit, widget, integration tests). Proficiency with version control tools, specifically Git. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
