Field Service Engineer - Surgical Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handle given territory individually with following assignments
• Carry out the Preventive Maintenance on time of all SP Products
• Attend breakdown call within time limits and provide onsite solution if possible.
• Installation of Gastro/Respiratory equipments within time limits.
• Conduct training session on request or at pre decided site (care at sight).
• Follow up of pending payment by sending letters/mails/personal visits against service(repair and contract and Accessories).
• Support in conference and workshop arranged by marketing team.
• Negotiate on commercial aspect with customer and technical explanation of repair quotation.
• Sales of accessory (which are directly sold through OMSI)
• Increase in AMC penetration based on Installation base/ penetration ratio data.
• Support and participate in full day training sessions (GI course)

Fitment Criteria :

• Should be minimum graduate or above in science stream
• Should have minimum working experience of 3-5 years in medical equipment/capital equipment/surgical industry.
• Should be open to travel extensively.
• Maintains professional image that reflects positively on the Company.

Key Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills : Should be able to effectively communicate and interact with clarity, verbally and in writing with proficient e-mail etiquette.
• Effective coordination and interactive skills, for productive completion of cross-functional tasks, wherever applicable and assigned.
• Well versed with MS Office operations (Excel / MS Office / PPTx / Teams / Outlook).
