Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Trainer, located in Gurugram. The Field Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs. Daily tasks include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, mentoring and coaching sales teams, and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and ensuring training programs align with company goals.
