Field Sales Executive Clinics, HCS: Happiest Health Location : Bangalore (to change, as new clinics get established) Job Type : Full-Time Exp 2-8yrs Job Overview The Field Sales Executive for HCS Clinics is responsible for driving on-ground sales efforts to increase client acquisition and boost patient referrals. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients, doctors and healthcare networks. The Field Sales Executive will play a critical role in promoting the clinic s services, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies to increase patient footfall. Approach corporate health partners, wellness centers, gyms, and local businesses to generate leads. Pitch the clinic s services to prospective clients and build a referral network to increase patient flow. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers, doctors and community members to encourage patient referrals. Build trust and maintain regular communication with clients and referral sources. Attend networking events, health camps, and seminars to increase the clinic s visibility and presence in the community. Execute sales and promotional strategies as directed by the Sales Manager to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct product and service demonstrations when necessary to communicate the clinic s offerings effectively. Implement customer feedback and adapt sales techniques to suit the needs of various clients. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends. Identify gaps in services and report potential business opportunities to the sales team. Provide insights on customer preferences and community needs to the sales and marketing teams. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and territory achievements. Track sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare industry standards and clinic guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information in line with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare preferred. Well-versed in the local language (Kannada for Bangalore), English and Hindi. 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, medical, or wellness sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and ethical sales practices. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Customer-Centric: Strong focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs. Persuasiveness: Ability to effectively pitch and convey the value of the clinic s services to diverse clients. Time Management: Proficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals. Self-Motivated: Works independently with minimal supervision and remains focused on achieving targets.
