Job Description

Field program executive role: Location: Visakhapatnam Role description: Work with individuals, organizations, or groups, often in the community or through field visits. They will be involved in data collection, community outreach, program implementation, and collaboration with other professionals. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, interviews, and observations; compiling and analyzing data; coordinating and organizing training sessions; and working with other team members to ensure smooth processes. Key Responsibilities: Direct Service: Providing direct assistance to individuals, organizations, or groups, often in their community locations. F ield Visits: Visiting assigned locations to gather data through surveys, interviews, or observations. Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to inform program development and evaluation. Community Outreach: Engaging with community members to raise awareness, provide information, and build partnerships. Program Implementation: Implementing and managing social programs and services. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as social workers, domain experts, etc to develop and implement intervention plans. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and preparing reports on program activities. Qualifications: College graduate or post graduate. Work experience: 0-5 years A background in social studies or a related field is a plus. Proficiency in Telugu as well as English . Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
