Field Officer - Cleaning & Security Services

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned sites.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Train, motivate, and guide cleaning personnel to perform their duties efficiently.

Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Source, request, and distribute cleaning resources (chemicals, tools, equipment and cleaning operatives etc..) needed for daily operations.

Manage inventory of cleaning materials and ensure timely replenishment.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on cleaning performance and issues.

Address client feedback, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Ensure attendance, punctuality, and discipline of staff is maintained.

Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,967.07 per month
