Job Description

RK Logical is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our ERP, accounting, and billing software solutions to retail shops, trading companies, manufacturers, wholesalers, and other business establishments.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting businesses directly, understanding their business requirements, explaining our software solutions, generating leads, and converting potential customers into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, wholesale businesses, manufacturing companies, and other commercial establishments to promote our software products.
• Introduce and demonstrate ERP, accounting, inventory management, and billing software to potential customers.
• Explain software features, benefits, pricing, and how our solutions can improve business operations.
• Identify potential customers who need billing, GST, inventory, accounting, or complete ERP solutions.
• Generate new leads through direct visits, cold calling, and follow-up meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the software support or technical team when required.
• Follow up with interested prospects and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and interacting with business owners.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit customers directly.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business software is an advantage.
• Ability to explain product benefits in a simple and convincing manner.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.

Eligibility Criteria

• From 10th std qualified persons can apply.
• Two wheeler license required.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, software sales, FMCG sales, or B2B marketing will have an advantage.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and direct customer visits.What We Offer
