Position Summary:

We are looking for an active, results-driven Field Executive to spearhead our on-ground property sourcing. This is a 100% field-based role tailored for candidates who thrive in an active outdoor environment rather than a traditional desk job. You will be responsible for scouting assigned territories, identifying properties available for rent and sale, documenting them visually, and relaying details to the core team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Scouting: Systematically survey assigned zones to identify residential and commercial properties available for lease, rent, or outright purchase.

• Visual Documentation: Capture clear, high-resolution photos and videos of the specific property unit, the complete building exterior, and surrounding neighborhood landmarks.

• Data & Location Relay: Instantly log property details and transmit precise digital location pins, photos, and notes back to the internal operations team.

• On-Ground Intelligence: Actively track new listings, "To Let" / "For Sale" signs, and local market shifts within your designated sector.

• Execution: Meet daily and weekly territory coverage and property sourcing targets set by management.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Genuine interest and stamina for extensive outdoor fieldwork and local transit.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in field operations, surveying, delivery, or field sales (Freshers with high energy are encouraged to apply).

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th Grade (SSC) or equivalent.

• Must own a functional smartphone with reliable mobile internet and a decent camera for media capture.

• Strong observational skills, local area familiarity, and basic communication abilities.
