Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and are willing to travel regularly for vendor visits and procurement-related activities. The candidate should own a two-wheeler for local field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials and services.
• Visit suppliers and markets regularly to negotiate prices, verify product quality, and build vendor relationships.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase comparisons.
• Create and maintain purchase records, reports, and vendor databases using Microsoft Excel.
• Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records.
• Support the procurement team in achieving cost-effective and timely purchasing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data entry, basic reporting).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally on a regular basis for field visits.
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
