FIELD ASSISTANT

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Field Assistant to support mushroom production, sales, and marketing activities. The role involves assisting in cultivation, harvesting, packaging, and delivery of mushrooms, as well as promoting the product to local markets and customers. The Field Assistant will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain records, and support project growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mushroom production, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
• Package and deliver fresh mushrooms to customers and outlets.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including product promotion and customer engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality standards, and accurate production/sales records.
• Coordinate with the project team for logistics and field operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
