Company URL : https://www.ficosa.com/ Job Description : As a member of productivity development team, the responsibility is to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products by conducting bug analysis and be part of product development, with the objective of reaching cost, quality and timing goals established by the Company in below areas: Requirements : • 8-10 years of Hardware Product Design experience • Design and validate hardware for ADAS systems in terms of functionality & Feasibility. • Strong technical work experience in designing PCB’s with High Speed communication Protocols design, Micro Processor/Controller design, Power Supply, Image sensors & ISP • Experience in handling DFMEA, Reliability. • Experience in solving EMI/EMC problems as per Automotive standards. • Hands on Experience in Debugging using electronic instruments like oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer etc • Experience of working in geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team play and collaborative skills. • Exposure with projects in multiple technologies and functions between Mechanical, Hardware, Software, Requirements and Architecture Teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience mentoring team members and leading technical assignments. Key Deliverables • Lead the Hardware product team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation. • Design/Maintain Foot print library, Schematic parts, ECAD, Routing, perform Electronic calculations and simulations for the Hardware designs in ADAS Systems including cameras, ECU’s, Frame grabbers etc. • Work on prototype deliveries, debugging, reworking, board bring up, manufacturing support by documenting and following Hardware defects.
