Position: Interior Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2-5 years preferred Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Interior Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, with a passion for interior design and luxury living spaces. Key Responsibilities Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-value clients, developers, and corporate partnerships. Lead client meetings and presentations to effectively pitch interior design services. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and resolve client queries promptly. Understand client needs and collaborate with the design team to deliver customized solutions. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and brand. Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital advertising to boost visibility. Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to attract potential clients. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Provide insights to improve service offerings and align with market demands. Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management. Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or real estate industry. Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of luxury interiors, trends, and customer preferences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and analytics platforms. Attributes: Passion for design and aesthetics. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Key Requirements Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
