Ltd., with its Works located at Silvassa (DNH), is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and active factory/works Engineer (Mechanical/Production) with necessary skills to support and manage the Production, Inspection and Despatch activities our engineering team for various products/items. You will join our growing team and be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various administrative tasks. candidate should have an ability to perform independently and should be a keen problem-solver. Engineer should be are able to diagnose problems, train staff, and provide effective recommendations. Candidates’ tasks will include preparing and execution of Production, Procurement, Inspection and Testing Plans with proper detailing. Typical duties and responsibilities: · To Plan, coordinate and supervise manufacturing / production activities on daily basis with proper manpower allocation. And ensure thatquality work is done in a safe, efficient and timely manner. · Develop and optimize manufacturing process to effectively utilize men, equipment and materials to maximize production. · Providing detailed procurement requirement with technical specifications to procurement team. Provide technical support for production and maintenance activities to avoid bottlenecks and delays. · Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
