The ambiance is good, but there is a lack of cleanliness and proper management. The doctors are often late or busy on phone calls. Patients' relatives are not allowed to sit on benches, even if they have been waiting for hours. Most of the staff can be seen roaming around the hospital.

Dr and nerses are coprative Mr. Zikrullah and onkar sir care each and every patient treatment was good but due to shortage of cleaning staff. Need to boost more staff for better service...admin should active to run hospital

The treatment done here was very good .Staff was very helpful.All test are done on time without any charges .OPD'S are also available.Cleanliness was on Top.

Newly built TMC hospital in Mumbra Kausa. Not fully functional yet. Infrastructure is looking good but service is yet to b tested. The ambience is good with all the modern amenities. 10 mins drive from Mumbra Railway Station via Maulana Azad Road.

This hospital is looking nice but Dr. Are very very stupid and also angry staff only senior nurse are good but some nurse Are not fully experienced not trained and also Indias first hospital government they are not admitted out station patients only admitted mumbra patient...

I had visited two times for nephrologist doctor by confirming the date & time from receptionist but also the doctor for nephrologist was not available..... Pathetic service...... No que management.....lack of information provided to patients.
