About the Role: We are looking for a creative and skilled YouTube Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that align with our brand style and captivate our audience. Responsibilities: • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished YouTube-ready content. • Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, and transitions to enhance storytelling. • Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube (resolution, aspect ratio, pacing, hooks). • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm creative ideas and storytelling styles. • Stay updated on YouTube trends and incorporate them into video editing. • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Requirements: • Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required). • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). • Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics. • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling. • Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement strategies. • Ability to work independently and take creative feedback.
