Job Title: Human Resources Executive (Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle) Location: [Specify location – India] Reporting To: COO Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes across our operations in India and the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across diverse roles, as well as facilitating smooth exits. Additionally, this role will oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR records and documentation for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates for various roles in India and the UK through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant hiring managers. Manage recruitment pipelines and track candidate progress. Coordinate offer roll-outs and pre-joining formalities. Onboarding & Induction: Plan and execute smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Ensure completion of joining documentation, background checks, and system access setup. Conduct orientation sessions and assist managers with integration of new joiners. Employee Exit Management: Handle resignation intakes and exit formalities. Coordinate knowledge transfer, final settlement processing, and exit interviews. Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment laws during exits. HR Administration & Records: Maintain and regularly update employee files, both physical and digital. Manage HR databases, attendance systems, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure documentation compliance for audits and legal requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of HR experience with exposure to international recruitment preferred. Familiarity with Indian and UK labour laws is a strong plus. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.). Preferred Attributes: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. A collaborative team player with a people-first mindset.
