We're expanding our online presence and are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Coordinate product uploads including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory management. Monitor and analyze sales performance, returns, and customer feedback. Run promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts on different platforms. Handle customer queries and complaints related to online orders. Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches and stock updates. Ensure timely order fulfillment and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail (fashion sector preferred). Familiarity with online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc. Good knowledge of Excel and basic image editing tools. Strong communication and coordination skills.
