The role requires a blend of strong communication skills for tele calling and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will proactively reach out to potential clients, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Tele calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently. Maintain a detailed record of all calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and visits as needed to address client needs. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying and converting leads into customers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve client engagement strategies. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or relationship management roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
