Job Description

The below mentioned Roles and Responsibilities are required: Requirements & Qualifications: Only Female candidates are required. 1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferably in travel/tourism). Minimum 12th pass or higher. Excellent Written and verbal communication in English (other regional languages are a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of trekking and adventure tourism. Basic computer skills. Friendly, customer-focused, and result-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain trekking packages, itineraries, and offers. Handle inbound inquiries via calls, messages, and emails. Provide accurate and detailed information about trekking destinations, difficulty levels, costs, and inclusions. Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings. Maintain a database of customer inquiries and update booking records. Address customer concerns and resolve queries in a professional manner. Keep up-to-date with trekking trends, destinations, and seasonal offers. Local candidates are preferable only.
