Job Title: Female Office Receptionist Location: Sri Edu Foundation, Chamrajpet, Bangalore Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Qualification: Any Graduation Joining: Immediate Joiner (Recent pass-outs can apply) Communication: Must have good verbal and written communication skills Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional Office Receptionist to manage front-desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors—playing a key role in creating a positive first impression for Sri Edu Foundation. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude and professional appearance Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls courteously Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in/out procedures Manage front desk tasks including receiving couriers, handling queries, and directing visitors appropriately Support basic administrative and clerical tasks Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area Provide information about the institution to walk-ins or callers Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (English and regional language preferred) Good interpersonal skills and a presentable demeanor Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Punctual, reliable, and a quick learner Preferred Candidate: Fresher to 2 years of experience in receptionist or front office roles Candidates residing nearby or willing to commute to Chamrajpet Immediate joiners will be given preference Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you an immediate joiner and comfortable travelling to bangalore Any Gradugate can apply Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
