Female Coordinator for Pre School & Primary

Job Opening: Female Coordinator – Pre-Primary & Primary Segment (Daycare to Grade II)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Coordinator to manage and lead the Pre-Primary and Lower Primary segment (ages 2.5 to 7 years – Daycare to Grade II).

Communication : Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Technical : Good in working on computers

Experience: Relevant experience in early childhood education and academic coordination preferred

Education: Graduate with B.Ed or PPTTC. Other recognized Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certifications are also accepted

Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage teams, interact professionally with parents, and coordinate academic processes smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the curriculum implementation for Daycare to Grade II

· Conduct training and mentoring sessions for teachers under the assigned segment

· Serve as the primary point of communication with parents, addressing concerns and sharing regular academic updates

· Ensure high standards of classroom practices and child development

· Collaborate with school management for academic planning and event coordination

· Provide leadership and direction to the teaching staff for continuous improvement
