(Latest by Mid-December) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the following candidates: *1. Architect (3 years experience)* The candidate should be well versed with creating & reading construction drawings. An individual with highly driven and motivated person with a passion towards design & one's work is highly appreciable. Knowledge & experience in residential & commercial & landscape projects will be preferred. The candidate will also be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing projects, and integrating various software solutions for architectural purposes. Daily tasks include creating detailed plans, collaborating with team members, overseeing project progress, and ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations. Strong skills in Architectural Design & proficiency in softwares, development and Integration for architectural applications Experience in 3D designing of exterior and interior renders from SketchUp, Lumion, vray, 3ds max and any other software. Project Management experience, including handling multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Relevant work experience in architecture or construction *2. 3D visualiser (4-5 years experience)* A candidate who envisions growth in the profession along with increasing understanding of design behind the visualization> Exposure in interior and exterior (residential & commercial) shall be of utmost importance. An educated individual with motivation to create and co-create with other design team members will be appreciated High proficiency of working in SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max, Vray shall be commendable!
