Job Summary: As a UI/UX Web Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web interfaces, ensuring they are user-centered, intuitive, and visually engaging. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other design professionals to create seamless digital experiences across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to demonstrate concepts and workflows. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain UI style guides, component libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency across the platform. Web Development: Implement design solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI designs with back-end services and APIs. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues as they arise. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. Present and justify design choices to both internal teams and clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies. Performance & Analytics: Track the performance of user interfaces through analytics and user feedback to improve usability and experience. Continuously iterate on designs based on testing and feedback to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. Professional Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX designing and development. Design Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision. Front-End Development: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular and responsive web design. User-Centered Design: Expertise in creating user personas, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping. Usability Testing: Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting, etc.) and A/B testing. Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub. Design Principles: Deep understanding of design principles like color theory, typography, and layout. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
