Position: Sales Executive / Course Counsellor Location: Mumbai (Office-based or Hybrid) Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Incentive: ₹1,000–₹2,000 per confirmed admission 🎯 ROLE OBJECTIVEConvert inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, website, social media) into paid course enrollments, mainly for Hybrid & Practical modes. 🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle incoming calls & WhatsApp enquiries Explain: Online / Offline / Hybrid training modes Fees, duration, certification, eligibility Recommend best-fit course based on student goal Follow up with warm leads professionally Maintain lead records (Google Sheet / CRM) Coordinate with admin for batch confirmation Share brochures, payment links, batch dates Achieve monthly admission targets 🎓 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSClear Hindi communication (English basic required) Sales mindset + empathy (not aggressive selling) Ability to explain course benefits simply WhatsApp & phone handling confidence Basic computer & Google Sheet knowledge
