Absolutely worst courier service in india. Try to have you pay and are terrible communicators. Use any other courier besides FedEx. Being an American buying agent, FedEx has always been reliable in America, but Indian FedEx is truly the worst to deal with

I have in account in fedex but very very worst service. I book the 3 to 4 parsal but each and every parsal is not delivered as time to time. 3rd class service. Fedex executive in not replying to any mail and msg. Looking at the service, it is better the company is sell out

The place is a little difficult to find, if you're not good with geography. But the staff was really helpful, especially Sagar. They were proficient in showing how the details are to be filled, how long will it take to reach the destination and how to properly track the package.

Very bad service. No proper response. Only toll-free number available so every time you deal with new person who will give you new answers. It's been more than a 10 days and shipment not received
