Not sure if products are genuine. Had purchased branded trousers which were not usable post one wash. Highlighted same to staff but negative response had similar experience on branded shoes. That time had though the brand product was bad, now it seems the product are not genuine

Sales staff is good but the Customer service desk staff are very arrogant and stubborn. They have a mindset that they are one of the active lifestyle stores hence they take their customers for granted and least bothered about providing any effective support

Best brands are available.
However there is chaos in the billing centre, as the people responsible to collect payment is less considering the footfall of buyers in the shop, thereby the waiting time to pay the bills is more. (Total waste of time standing in the queue)
