The sales associates at the cosmetics counters are not "allowed" to tell you the shade name of products that you are trying...you can pick it up and read the name but " they are not allowed to tell because people will go and buy online" , as also stated by the store floor manager.....THE MOST RIDICULOUS THINGS I HAVE EVER HEARD.
