* Welcome and seat guests courteously.
* Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
* Ensure guest satisfaction and attend to guest needs efficiently.
* Handle guest complaints politely and report to the supervisor.
* Set up tables, side stations, and service areas as per standards.
* Assist in mise-en-place and buffet setup.
* Clear tables and ensure cleanliness in the dining area.
* Follow sequence of service while serving food & beverages.
* Assist in billing and payment procedures when required.
* Maintain cleanliness of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service areas.
* Follow grooming standards and personal hygiene guidelines.
* Support colleagues and assist other departments when required.
* Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
