Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer position located in Mumbai. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research to understand client needs, applying design thinking to develop effective solutions, and creating visually engaging and functional designs. Daily tasks will also include prototyping and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize user experience across various touchpoints in our marine technology systems. Qualifications Experience in Design Thinking and the ability to create innovative and user-centered solutions Proficiency in User Research and understanding user needs through various research methods Strong skills in Visual Design and creating aesthetically appealing user interfaces Expertise in User Experience (UX) design principles and the ability to deliver intuitive designs Proficiency in Prototyping tools and techniques for testing and validating design solutions Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's or higher degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Experience in the marine technology sector or similar technical industries is a plus
