Position : IP Sales / Mechanical Sales Industry : Fastener / Manufacturing Location : Rohtak Budget : 4 LPA 6 LPA Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical) or MBA (Sales & Marketing) Experience : 2 to 5 years in B2B Industrial Sales Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage B2B client relationships in the mechanical & industrial segment Drive sales of industrial fasteners through direct & dealer networks Conduct technical discussions, product demos, and pricing negotiations Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer visit plans Handle inquiries, convert leads, and close sales efficiently Collaborate with technical and production teams for custom client requirements Candidate Requirements : Strong exposure to mechanical/industrial product sales , preferably fasteners Good understanding of IP, OEM, and dealer sales channels Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rohtak Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first mindset Preferred From: Fastener, Auto Components, or Precision Engineering industries
